Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy I came to school here but Algonquin has THEEEE worst book-keeping system ever! Everything is separate, you have like 4 different usernames and passcodes to view one on tuition, on on your program, one for scheduling and one for residence. You'd think to be efficent and easy for everyone you'd have JUST ONE log on and you'd get a break down of payments of how much everything is, what you paid, how much is left and a grand total.. does Algonquin do this? NOPE.
Then you can run into the situation that me and multiple other people have had in my program, where apparently after 1st semester we don't get registered even though everything is paid. So you show up to a class if you even know where and when it is and your not even on the attendance! Or you go and settle what you owe and you're told you'll have your sched by 1:30 because the next class for you program is a 2 or 3 depending what section your in, and you miss the first class of the first day back in second semester,while you sit in your bed refreshing for 2 hours with still no time table to be displayed! So you send a strongly worded letter and they allow your time table to be displayed but when you view it theres no class schedule on it... and they never even responded to the email!
So anyways, as you can guess all the above has happened to me, and this isn't the first time! So if you come here, make sure you have details, pictures and time stamps on all your payments that become processed because their dummies!
