Distance ain't got nothing!

When the end of the summer started to come, and all my friends we're finalizing where they'd go. Some back to school where they we're last year, or some doing their final acceptance to start their first year, and some staying behind, and then it hit me that living over 560km away was going to suck, and that I wouldn't get to seem them as much, obviously.
But the same thing occurred in my head last year, when I stayed behind, and I had a great year off and a lot of the friends that I was scared that they we're going to make all new friends and move on with their lives, actually made us a lot closer since we didn't get to see each other as much, so when they we're home we made sure we hung out. And the same thing this year, as I'm away, I'm constantly talking to all my good friends on a daily basis wether it's over text, Facebook or Skype, either way I have remained in contact with them and it does not feel like I'm 6 hours away!
All this just shows, that in order for us to remain the good friends we don't have to hang out every single day because we know that we can be away from weeks or months at a time, and still pick up where we left off, and it really makes me value all my friendships with the people I talk to because I know who my true friends are, and after getting rid of all the shitty friendships, I for some reason tried to maintain and hang onto it really showed me what having friends who actually value you, is like and I could't be happier.
To any of my friends reading this post, you know who you are and I love you all so very much! I can't wait to be reunited on Thanksgiving weekend! :D
